1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between Denizhan YILDIZ ("we", "us", "Developer"), the provider of the IQfez mobile application (the "App" or "Service"), and you, the person using the App ("you", "User").

By downloading, creating an account in, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our [Privacy Policy](https://www.freeprivacypolicy.com/live/5e5213e0-...). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility and Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

3. Description of the Service and Important Disclaimer

IQfez is an entertainment and self-improvement application that offers brain exercises, puzzles, and test-style games in areas such as logical reasoning, visual-spatial ability, memory, and verbal skills.

• The "IQ" scores, test results, and assessments in the App are for entertainment and self-improvement purposes only. They are not a clinical, medical, psychological, or professional intelligence (IQ) measurement, diagnosis, or assessment, and must not be used as such. The results must not be relied upon for any educational, employment, health, or other significant decision. If you need a formal assessment, please consult a licensed professional.

4. Accounts

• You may use the App as a guest (anonymously) or create an account using email, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree that the information you provide is accurate and current.
• Account deletion: You may permanently delete your account at any time from within the App via Settings → Account → Delete account. This irreversibly removes your account and associated data (progress, results).

5. Subscriptions (Fezzy Plus)

The App offers an optional premium subscription called Fezzy Plus.

• Plans: Monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. Current prices are shown on the subscription screen in the App and by the store.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. All purchases are processed through the relevant store; we do not collect payment directly.
• Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically and your account is charged for the new period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
